Version 3.0.11 is missing the option to activate and deactivate users

Describe the bug

Version 3.0.11 is missing the option to deactivate users.

This was available in version 2.X and was very helpful. Users could be deactivated w/o dropping their roles and workspace assignment.
Now I need to know which role and workspaces the user needs to put it back into the game.

Bring it back or explain how these use cases should be solved now.
