exchange transactions fee

I'd like if is possible to add new tokens and where I can do it.

Can I setup an exchange fee ? So the users will who exchanges the tokens will pay me for the transaction.

1. I'd like if is possible to add new tokens and where I can do it. -> We use api to fetch token, so need change in api, contact with us if you want to list your token (https://t.me/KyberDeveloper)
2. Can I setup an exchange fee ? So the users will who exchanges the tokens will pay me for the transaction. -> Its not possible, because our protocol doesn't charge user fee
