No output is displayed when running `claude-monitor`

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with the claude-monitor tool and would appreciate some help troubleshooting.

Problem Description：
Claude is running and accessible. When running claude-monitor, the tool displays no output. When attempting to interrupt the program with Ctrl+C, it crashes with UnboundLocalError: local variable 'cyan' referenced before assignment.
