[REQUEST] Automated Message ID parser #3

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently have no real way to display message by their ID
Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to display as a string the message id in a in-0x02A packet
Preferable also save the relevant version's related data into the project file
Describe alternatives you've considered
Static lookup values, but you'd need to update the file every time the client updates
Additional context
This could help a lot for coding the NPCs
