Determine datagram size limit

First of all, I just want to say, its great to see someone finally take the initiative to implement WebTransport in C. Impressive work!

Now to my question:
Is there a way to determine the maximum datagram size that can be sent, regardless of whether the connection is initiated by the client or the server?
