How to use Media Server with iConfRTC SDK for WPF (WPF Demo)

We often have no video or one-sided video when testing video call.
The reason for that is that RTP traffic does not go through network routers/devices.
We would like to have a single point outside the local network (Media Server) to route whole traffic through that point.
Which Media Server is best to use with the iConfRTC, and how to install and configure it?
