Feature: ability to generate new Processing Libraries

Issue to discuss the development of the generating new Processing Libraries command (directly in Sublime Text w/o any Eclipse involvement). Related to #61

I dont know much about java, but are there no stand-alone JAR builders that can be shipped with sublime-package.
