Bug - Unable to connect to unified API URL

Description

When running the kyb-manual-review-example a Connection Refused error is thrown.

Expected Behaviour

The unified API URL should be accessible

Actual Behaviour

A "ECONNREFUSED" error is thrown

Environment

• Node version: v21.7.3
• Device, operating system and its version:
  • Ubuntu 24.04
• Browser and its version:
  • N/A
• Version of the affected apps and packages:
  • Latest dev build as of reporting this issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow the setup steps in the main README and try the kyb-manual-review-example

Any possible solutions

Tried using the scripts in the Deploy section. These were not working well which should be in their own bug report.
