[BUG] - Total Count is not accurate

Describe the bug
It might be related to #58 but the Total count is displayed wrong for all tables in two profiles that I have.

Expected behavior
It should count total number of entries in a table and print that for each table.

I am running v.0.75.0 - but I think the bug existed many version before this.

Have got some changes in main that should address this - we've switched to using Count for the queries to try to be as accurate as possible instead of doing custom queries because each database is different and some of these tables aren't always up to date, or need to be enabled, or whatever.
