This PR updates the README’s Atlas MongoDB section with this recommendation and the corresponding index creation command.
While using the RAG API with LibreChat, MongoDB queries on
file_idslowed down as the number of files increased.Adding a standard MongoDB index on
file_idfixed the issue.
