Issue with the Recognition annotations

hello,

I have downloaded the CCPD (Chinese City Parking Dataset, ECCV) 2019 update dataset.

I want to use this dataset for text recognition, however, despite of expailnation given in github repo, I couldn't make any sense about how the annotations are provided.

Could you please provide more information about this issue?
