Replace the diagram in README.MD

The diagram in README.MD was inherited from Microsoft and must be replaced by an Eclipse-branded one.

Hi @fdesbiens, Eclipse-branded diagram needs to be aligned with the last diagram in the main branch. some usbx class is missing
