Thumbnails for known graphic files not shown in explorer

Describe the bug
When I list graphic files in explorer outside of the mountain duck directories, thumbnails are shown. When I move those files to the cloud via mountain duck, the thumbnails only show general icons for that file format. Moving those files outside of the mountain duck cloud restores the thumbnail view.

Windows 11 Pro - same behaviour on two different machines.

I am unable to reproduce. A thumbnail preview is shown as long as Free up space is not selected for the file.

I have the same issue, specifically on integrated connection mode. Never had the issue on smart sync previously.
Images in "Sync pending" have working thumbnails and previews in the previews panel. Images "Available on this device" have no thumbnail or preview. Images "Always available on this device" also have no working thumbnail or preview.
I'm trying to test if images not yet sync'd that are marked to always keep on the device will retain thumbnails after sync. But I think it's a bit irrelevant and I really hope that even images off device would be able to build local thumbnails or something

But: syncing is a pain in the @ss anyway, (refer to my other tickets) so this might be the reason.

I can reproduce that once a file has been marked as "Always available" there isn't a thumbnail shown.
However, opening the file creates the thumbnail of that item.
We'll look into assisting Windows in generating the file thumbnails after making them available offline.
