Option to add header lines from string/file #1325
Description
Hello, we are trying to add minimap2 as aligner to our pipelines in addition to BWA (great thanks for both tools), but we haven't find option, similar to BWA -H STR/FILE insert STR to header if it starts with @; or insert lines in FILE.
We are bad in reading docs or there are no such option (for now)?
