Got some lag when switching between different chats through the side navbar

There is some lag when I tried to switch between different chat windows,

• The chat heading title changes immediately, but the content takes some time to load.
• Suggestion Adding a loading window (through say a loading.tsx) would be good, otherwise it feels like the application is stuck.
