Crate release

I'm having trouble with the published 0.5.0 version - a problem with lasso that seems like #192

Is there a plan to release the newer version that fixes it? If I specify the github url for steel-core as the dependency in my project, it works.

Yes there is a plan, I'm just behind on updating the crates releases.
