Discovered a bug in Neper when creating mesh from tesr file (Urgent help required because its getting impossible to mesh))

I am facing issues creating mesh from this tesr file that I have attached here as well as the Image and it's getting impossible to mesh it. The error message I am getting from Neper right now is

I have shared the image, so for 2D, I used tri and tried to use element type hex or quad, where I was getting a segmentation fault. Please suggest to me how to mesh this figure from TESR to TESS, and then mesh, and if possible, kindly share what kind of command I should use in Neper. I am also sharing the error message for using different element types
