Summary

This PR migrates the codebase from alloy 0.6.4 to alloy 1.0.9, addressing all breaking API changes.

Changes Made

1. Updated alloy version

• Updated from 0.6.4 to 1.0.9 in workspace Cargo.toml

2. Provider architecture changes

• Changed from RootProvider<BoxTransport> to DynProvider
• Used .erased() instead of .boxed() for provider type erasure
• Updated deprecated methods:
  • on_http → connect_http
  • on_ipc → connect_ipc
  • on_client → connect_client

3. Transaction field access

• Changed from tx.from to tx.inner.signer() to access transaction sender
• Changed from &tx.inner to tx.inner.as_ref() for pattern matching on transaction envelopes

4. Trace API updates

• Removed trace type parameters from method calls
• Now using builder pattern with .trace_types() method
• Changed from passing &Vec<TraceType> to passing Vec<TraceType> by value

5. Log decoding changes

• Removed boolean parameter from decode_log and decode_log_parts methods

6. Client creation updates

• Removed type parameters from RpcClient (now always boxed)
• Updated deprecated connect_boxed to connect

7. Import fixes

• Added Provider trait import where needed for erased() method
• Fixed transport-related imports

Testing

All tests pass after migration. The codebase compiles successfully with no warnings related to the alloy migration.

This codebase uses a very old alloy version, we want to migrate this to alloy 1.0.9, which has a lot of breaking api changes.
