Connection close is not honoured

Hello hello!

After the initial 401 Unauthorized response, RFC 7616 does not mandate the server to keep the connection alive when performing digest auth.

The following line will attempt to reuse the same channel pipeline to send the second client request:

If the connection has been closed on the server side, this will fail.
