Guidence on how to fetch data from a remote server

Hi,

I really like this project and would like to use it to display data (such as ram, disk and cpu usage) of more than one remote server.

I imagine its probably going to be an ssh connection or something but I can't find any documentation about how to implement it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
