Adds support for ripping to FLAC in CUETools.Ripper.Console; uses Flake and TagLib for tags. Unfortunately had to remove .NET 2.0 support for the CUETools.ConsoleRipper project due to the TagLib reference.

Also adds checks to CUETools.Ripper.Console to ensure that there are no invalid characters in the destination file name.

New -F or --flac command line option is added.

Also adds two more command-line options to output information only and not rip (-I or --info) and/or specify the destination file name, sans extension (-N or --filename).

Finally, 7 new output lines are added to the console for artist, album, year, genre, disc number, disc name, and disc count.

Update (2019-02-13): Added new command-line parameters to CUETools.Ripper.Console to specify artist, album, genres, year, disc number, disc count, and disc name
