So, a couple of days ago I discovered Poetry and liked it a lot better than Pipenv (I was hoping to change it before the other PR was merged). Couple of reasons: it does work with Python 3.7, it solves dependencies faster and the
pyproject.tomlit's a lot better than thePipenvand it's also standardized. Please take a look and check which you think it's better.PD: I also removed the Vagrantfile since it doesn't really work, I'll work on it and make another PR when I figure it out.
